Sheshadev Sagria is based in Odisha. He has a BFA in Printmaking from GCAC Khallikote, Odisha, and MFA from MS University Baroda, India. He is working towards understanding the evolving body and caste hierarchies from a medical and ethnographical perspective, analyzing the occurrence of diseases and their connection with caste location, specific engagements within labor work and tools, and being exposed to particular environments within specific habitats.

Awarded the Prince Claus Seed Award 2024, Generator Co-Operative Art Fund 2024, Inlaks Fine Art Award 2023, and His group exhibitions include IMAGINARIUM 3.0 at Emami Kolkata, EMBARK III, an online show at Gallery Ark, Vadodara (2020); And participated in residency with Studio CAMP2023 and Serendipity Arts Residency 2024.
